the center of holiday meals.
On our less extravagant days, we find
variety in life by using different cuts of meat which we stew, sauté,
broil, grill, barbecue or stir-fry. We mince our meats and make hamburgers and meatloafs of infinite variety. A meat based diet is rich in protein
and other nutrients, but we choose meat for flavor.
