There is a great overlap in recipes that we use for breakfast and brunch. Many make great appetizers or hors d'oeuvres, many belong in the bread category to be pulled out for lunch, even for dinner. They are among our favorite recipes found in cookbooks and even one who is not a professional chef will enjoy exercising imagination on a breakfast other than a bowl of packaged cereal. These recipes are also for the buffet table, possibly a great brunch. Experiment.
