Spiced Cider

 
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 quarts apple cider2 tablespoons sugar 2 broken cinnamon sticks
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 6 whole cloves
 

Method

Mix all ingredients in a non-reactive saucepan.  Bring to a boil.  When boiling, lower heat to a very slow simmer, and cook covered for 20 minutes.

Yield: 10 glasses
