METHOD
Heat four Irish coffee
glasses by filling with hot water.
Pour out water and put
coffee into each glass, filling 3/4 of the way to the rim.
Add desired amount of
sugar to each cup and stir to dissolve. Use more sugar than you would
take in plain coffee.
Stir in 1 1/2 ounces
whiskey to each glass.
Top each glass with whipped
cream.
Lightly sprinkle cocoa
over whipped cream if desired.
