METHOD
Prepare grill.
Combine all ingredients except for turkey breast. Whisk together to combine well.
Pour marinade into a large plastic bag along with turkey breast.
Tightly seal bag and refrigerate for up to 3 hours turning bag over every 20 minutes to ensure even marinating.
Remove from bag saving marinade for basting.
Place turkey on grill above drip pan with coals around pan or behind pan. Cook turkey for
2 to 21/2 hours or until internal temperature is 180°
Serves: 4 to 6
