METHOD
Cut livers in half and
wash. Pat dry. Cut bacon strips in half. Season livers with salt and pepper.
Wrap each liver piece
with bacon, securing with a wooden toothpick. This is a messy job but
well worth the time.
Grill until bacon and
liver are done. Dip into BBQ sauce and enjoy.
