METHOD
In a saucepan, combine margarine, flour, salt, and chicken broth. Cook and stir until thick. Then add lemon juice, parsley, onion, spices and chicken. Place 1 tablespoon chicken mixture in center of a corn tortilla and roll up; secure with a toothpick. Deep fry in vegetable oil for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp. Serve with sour cream and/or Avocado Sauce
