Mexican Guacamole Sauce

Make a real Mexican meal and serve this with home made Mexican arroz con pollo.

 

  • 1 large fresh tomato, well-ripened
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 well ripened avocados
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (Fresh coriander)
 

METHOD

Chop onion and tomato.

Peel and chop avocado.

Add chopped green chiles if desired.

Add everything together, mash lightly withy fork. Stir well.

Add salt to taste.

Use the guacamole in the same manner as you would use catsup.
