in large skillet saute onion in oil till tender. Stir in the water, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, paprika, sugar, salt, pepper and pepper sauce. Add sliced smoked sausage and bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes until sauce is thickened and sausage is heated through. Stirring occasionally turning sausage once.
