Place corned beef in slow cooker.
Place vegetables around and on top of meat.
Pour apple juice over everything. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cover and cook on Low 8 - 10 hours, or until meat and vegetables are tender but not overcooked.
Makes 6 - 8 Servings.
