Korean Beef Patties
- 1 pound lean minced beef
- 3 scallions, finely chopped , greens included
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled, crushed, and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup kimchi, rinsed & chopped (optional)
- 1 - 2 fresh chiles, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 egg
