Method
Blend well, by hand, the beef, garlic, peppers, and scallions in a mixing
bowl and shape into (8) patties.
Coat grill with a little oil. Grill burgers, brushing the sauces and
sprinkling the seasonings on each side of burgers while grilling.
Serve on sesame seed buns or over-sized english muffins with lettuce, tomato slices, or whatever you like.
