Method
Combine ground beef, tortilla chips, ranch dressing,
salt, and pepper; mix well.
Divide into 5 equal amounts and shape into
patties.
Grill burgers over medium high heat 10 minutes on each side,
or until no pink remains inside.
Serve on toasted potato bread.
On a side platter, offer the usual fixings, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
