Method
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter, and saute the onion ringlets
until golden.
Add the next 3 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Reduce the cream by about
1/3, remove from heat and set aside.
In a stainless steel mixing bowl, combine the last 3 ingredients and mix
very well. Adjust salt and pepper and shape into 6 patties. Grill burgers to
desired doneness.
Warm the rolls on the edge of the grill during the last two minutes of
grilling time.
Place a patty on the bottom of each roll.
Spoon a little of the onion mixture over each burger, top 'em and serve.
