Turkey Burgers Cajun Style

Simple and, obviously, lower in fats and calories.  A nice addition to any backyard barbecue.

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Freshly milled black pepper to taste
  • For garnishing: chopped basil, lettuce and tomatoes
 

Method

Mix the turkey with the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoning and black pepper.  Form into burgers.

Chill for thirty minutes to firms them.

Prepare medium-hot grill.  Grill till done.

Serve on buns with fresh chopped basil, lettuce and tomatoes on the side so each person can fix to their own taste.
