METHOD
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package directions until
done. Drain and run under cold water to stop cooking. Toss with
sesame oil and set aside.
Grill
steak until cooked. Remvoe from grill and let stand 10 minutes to 'set' the meat. Slice into fine slices.
Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Top with
herbs and toss.
Sauce: Combine soy sauce, garlic,
fish sauce, lime juice, water, sugar, and pepper flakes in food processor. Blend until emulsified.
Dividing into thirds, drizzle sauce oer steak, then the noodles, and then
the salad. Toss to coat each. PPut noodles over greens, then cover with steak slices. Surround salad with
cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
