METHOD
Mix first 12 ingredients
in saucepan. Bring to boil, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
Place meat cubes in a
covered, shallow dish. Pour sauce over meat, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate.
Marinate for 24 hours,
turning every 3 hours.
Place meat on skewers
alternating with pineapple chunks, bell pepper and onion. Cook to desired
doneness on barbecue grill or under oven broiler.
