METHOD
Brown ground beef in
a large 6-quart pot. Use a fork or spoon to break any large lumps in the
beef. Drain off any fat.
Add tomato sauce, beans,
onion, celery, tomatoes, chili powder cumin, salt, garlic powder, oregano,
sugar, black and red peppers and mix well. Stir in tomato juice.
Bring to a simmer over
low heat. Cook, stirring often, for 2 hours.
