Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. If you have a mortar and pestle, that works better than anything.
Put anchovies in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
Cover and chill before serving. Like a Caesar salad with crisp greens, this is perfect for veggies.
