Avocado Dip

 

  • 2 small avocados, peeled, stoned and diced
  • 1 tomato, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
 

Method

Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend on high until smooth.

Cover with a piece of plastic wrap put directly over the dip.  Chill in refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.

Makes 2 cups.
