Asparagus Dip with Dill

A no-time-to-cook recipe in its simplicity, but not evident in its taste.

  • 1 (15 ounce) can of asparagus spears
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
 

Method

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Chill for 1 hour.

Serve with veggies or chips.

Serves: 12
