Garlic French Dressing

This is a French Dressing with zing to it, as well as one with the garlic overtones.

• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
• 1 cup olive or vegetable oil
• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 1 medium grated onion
• 1 clove of garlic cut into 4 pieces

METHOD

Combine ingredients in order given; shake well. Remove garlic before serving.
