METHOD
Wash and dry up the vegetables.
Heat oil in frying pan and sauté, first the capsicum, then the
cut tomatoes.
Peel the capsicum, cut
in half, remove their seeds and put in plates. Peel tomatoes, put between
capsicum. Mix together sauce of oil in which the vegetables were fried,
lemon juice, salt, and cumin. Pour over vegetables.
Serve when it's cool.
