METHOD
Sauté garlic in
olive oil until translucent. Add ground sirloin. Brown thoroughly and
drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce,
plum tomatoes, Chianti and seasonings. Reduce heat to and simmer for 2-3
hours, stirring occasionally.
After 2-3 hours, submerge
the raw pork chops in sauce and continue to simmer another 2-3 hours.
Pork chops will cook in sauce and flake off the bone. Remove bones and
discard.
Serve over thin spaghetti,
or rigatoni (Al's favorite), or mostaccioli.
(As an added bonus, this
makes an outstanding sauce when preparing homemade Lasagna)
