METHOD
Trim and wash sprouts.
Place in a medium-size saucepan and pour enough beer over them to cover.
Bring to a boil. As
soon as beer begins to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently, covered, for
20 minutes or until fork tender. Add more beer if liquid evaporates.
Drain add salt and butter.
Serves: 6 - 8 as side
