METHOD
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Vinaigrette: Mix all ingredients but the oil with
a whisk. When blended add the oil and whisk again. This is a sweet dressing
that is tasty on salads with strong tasting ingredients, such as arugula
or dandelion. It is also an excellent dressing for grains.
Pour over salad and toss well.
