METHOD
Cook spinach according
to package directions. Drain in colander, squeezing out all liquid.
Melt butter. Let cool. When cooled
mix all ingredients together. Shape into bite-size balls.
Bake in preheated 350° F oven
for 20 minutes.
Yield: About 60 - 80 balls.

Tip: Mary makes these ahead. She puts them on cookie sheets and slides the
sheets into the freezer until firm. Once frozen, she puts them in zip-loc
bags until ready to use.
