METHOD
Toast pignolia nuts.
This can be done in a heavy-bottomed fry pan over very low heat, stirring
to brown al sides. Do not over-brown.
Grate cabbage, carrot
and red pepper in food processor, and put in large mixing bowl.
Add the oil and the lemon
juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and add pignolia
nuts to garnish.
Serves 4 - 6
