METHOD
After frying meat, leave
about 2 or 3 tablespoons of grease in pan from the drippings. Over medium
heat,stirring with a whisk, sprinkle in flour. Stir until very lightly
browned.
Whisk in milk, and season
with salt and pepper. Stir until thickened.
