Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in buttermilk and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt, sugar and baking powder together, then add to the egg mixture, to make a thin batter. Stir in blackberries and butter.
Cook on a very hot, lightly
greased griddle. When bubbles appear at the edges, flip pancakes. Turn only once.
