METHOD
Stir together flour,
baking powder, salt, spice and baking soda.
In a small bowl stir
together egg, juice, honey and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir until blended but still lumpy.
Put 1/4 cup batter onto
hot lightly greased griddle or HEAVY skillet. Watch closely. Turn when
edges bubble.
Makes 8 (4-inch) flapjacks.
