METHOD
Melt the butter on a
medium setting in a large skillet. In a bowl, whip together the eggs,
adding the cream cheese, American cheese, milk and chilies. Pour it all
into the heated pan and stir constantly - take off heat as soon as you
see the last trace of moisture evaporate (approximately 3 minutes).
Garnish with as much
pepper and salt as you can stand. If you MUST cover it with ketchup, even
though it is a sort of sacrilege, be my guest.
