Method
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8x2 inch square pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In large bowl of electric mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat at high speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Change speed to low. Add the dry ingredients alternately with milk.
When combined, gently fold in the blueberries with a spatula. Put mixture into pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into he center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
