Amish
Breakfast Casserole
"This
dish is so easy and quick to prepare, and nutritious too. We made four pans
full on New Year's Day of 2000, for our annual family Christmas gathering.
Four eight-foot tables were used to seat the entire family, a total of forty-five
people. We also served fried potatoes, ham, bacon, cheese, toast, and leftover
Christmas goodies." From The Amish Cook
