Slice your pepper into strips and coat with olive oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 clove minced garlic .
Place the pepper strips onto a baking pan and broil under medium heat for about 20 minutes until they turn slightly brown. You can also do this on the grill. I recommend a sheet of aluminum foil under the peppers when grilling, to catch the juices and prevent flare ups.
Broil or grill the mushrooms under medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
WIth a mixer blend 1 clove garlic, blue cheese and butter.
Open bun and put mushroom on bottom half, spoon on half of cheese mixture and top with half of the pepper.
