Overnight Potatoes Romanoff

As simple as can be.

      • 6 potatoes, boiled, cool and grated
      • 1 pint sour cream
      • 1 bunch green onions
      • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
      • salt, pepper and paprika  to taste
 

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F .

Mix potatoes, onions, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and salt and pepper. Put remainder of cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered 1 hour in preheated 350°F oven.
