METHOD
In blender or processor, puree blueberries and water. Transfer to a small saucepan.
Add sugar, lemon juice, coriander, cinnamon, and cloves, and stir well.
Bring just to the boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. . Refrigerate until cool. Stir in wine.
Stir in yogurt and sour cream until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate until well-chilled.
