Chicken Strips

Chicken strips cook quickly and take pressure off the cook.  These can be as spicy as you want.

  • 5 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons minced onion
  • 3 teaspoons dry or regular mustard
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 2 cups sesame seeds
  • Olive oil to drizzle

 

 

METHOD

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut chicken into finger size strips.

Combine mayonnaise,onion and mustard.

Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds.

Roll chicken in mixture of mayo and mustard, then in dry mixture. Place on cookie sheet, drizzle with oil and bake in preheated 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve plain or with a dressing of your choice.   I always rely on the bottle of red hot sauce because I like heat!  

Serves: A crowd - 10 to 12
