Shrimp Pasta

  • 1 package (16 ounces) fettuccine noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups precooked shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 can spinach drained
  • 1 large jar- the only size availed in stores of alfredo sauce or make it yourself but mama likes it easy so pop open the jar
  • Optional - chopped black olives and pineapple- only optional

Method

Cook noodles in large pan.

Take the cooked noodles that are drained and set aside.in same pan take all the shrimp and warm them up and add the spinach making sure there is absolutely no liquid warming it up.

Add the sauce till it bubbles, but not burns.  Add 3/4 the parmesan cheese and stir. Now depending on your tastes add the noodles back into your pot and stir it all up or pour onto a huge plate or bowl of the noodles and top with the parmesan cheese.

For a fun taste sometimes I top with sliced black olives or even pineapple bites drained, but its yummy and tasty and has a lot of fresh flavor even though most comes already made.  Instead of shrimp you can sub clams or whatever you have available or go naked without shrimp but the shrimp is what makes it awesome.

About 4 servings (depending on who you serve it to)
