Method
Heat butter in pan.
Fry onions with ginger and sage gently for 5 minutes. Add turmeric, salt and chili powder.
Allow to sizzle for a minute or two.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in peas, shrimp, garam-masala and lemon juice and simmer covered for 10 minutes
Serves 6-8
