Buffalo Shrimp with a Zing

 

  • 2 pounds large shrimp
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (6-ounce) packet of good season zesty Italian Salad Dressing mix
 

Method

In a saucepan heat the hot sauce, butter and salad dressing mix on low until butter melts, stir occasionally.

In a saucepan boil shrimp until pink, drain.  

Add buffalo sauce mix to shrimp  in a large bowl, stir until shrimp is covered.

Serve with rice or pasta. Serves 4.
