Method
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine cornbread mixes, milk and eggs according to package directions; stir in chiles. Place in
prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 15
minutes.
Remove bread from pan and cut into 12 slices. Place on a cookie sheet and toast both sides until
crisp, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Spread with mustard then layer with turkey, ham and onion. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
