In a small bowl, stir together the hot sauce, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, chili sauce, and cider vinegar.
Place the wings in the bottom of a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker. Pour in the water. Pour the sauce over the wings, stirring to coat well. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Serve hot or warm.
Serves: 4
Extra Points: You can make the sauce up to 2 days ahead and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
