Cut bananas in half and insert popsicle stick lengthwise through center. Roll in orange or lemon juice and put on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Put in freezer until frozen firm.
Melt chocolate chips and oil on top of double boiler. Spoon chocolate over frozen bananas and then roll in nuts and coconut. Work quickly, quickly with the chocolate as it will dry fast.
