Vegetable Cutlets (Shavuot Recipe)

Tip: You can use all your leftover vegetables

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 big potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
 

Method

Wash all vegetables, cut into tiny pieces. Mix all ingredients together and fry in deep oil.
