Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Line and grease a 9 inch loose-bottom cake tin or pyrex pie dish.
Crush the biscuits and pour in the melted butter. Press the biscuits in an even layer around dish. Set aside. Beat the cheese, eggs and sugar together and pour into dish. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated 350ºF oven.
Remove from the oven gently.
Mix together sour cream and sugar. Pour over the cake and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Turn the oven off. Leave the cake inside the oven until the cake has completely cooled down. This prevents it from cracking.
