Cheese Ball

  • 1 pound mascarpone cheese (up to 30% fat)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 

Mix all ingredients to a separate ball. let stand for 1/2 an hour.   Spread food wrap to  the bottom of a bowl, fill in the mix, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Spread tray with curly-leafed lettuce, take off the food wrap and turn over the cheese on the lettuce. You can decorate the cheese balls with red pepper, thin chopped green onions, nuts  etc.
