METHOD
Brush the tuna steaks
with oil, and broil or grill them until cooked throughabout 5 minutes
on each side.
With a fine grade of
tuna steak, you can broil or grill the tuna for less time, making it rare
or medium rare. Just be sure your boiler or grill is very hot before you
start to cook.
Meanwhile, heat the butter
in a frying pan and slowly sauté the garlic and onion until softenedabout
5 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice
and caper, and cook for 1 minute.
Spoon the sauce over
the tuna and serve immediately.
Serve 4 servings.
