METHOD
Melt butter in heavy
skillet. Stir in onion, cook for two minutes, then add lobster and crab
meat. Cook for two minutes and remove from heat. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook jumbo shells to
al dente, about 6- 8 minutes. Drain, and put shells in cold water so they
will not stick to each other. Drain shells while working with them.
Placesmall amount of
sauce on bottom of baking pan. Fill shells with lobster mixture and place
into pan. When all shells are finished, add remaining sauce on top. Cover
with foil and bake in preheated 350° F 40 to 50 minutes.
Serves: 6 to 8
