METHOD
Mix together salt, pepper,
sherry, onion, garlic, Soya sauce, sugar and 5 spice. Allow to stand for
15-20 minutes stirring occasionally so that the flavours infuse.
Chop the lobster meat
into slightly larger than bite size pieces.
Heat the oil in a large
wok until hot enough to fry the lobster flesh for a minute.
Mix together corn flour
and water.
Add the sauce and simmer
until a nice thick consistency. Stir in water/corn flour mix to thicken
only if necessary.
Serve immediately with
plain boiled white rice and a tart green salad.
